AV-SERVIS company came out in 1990.

Since the beginning we have specialized with production, implementation and development of IT systems basing on latest technologies of interactive data exchanging and proceeding. Our systems have been being used for many years in the area services networks' management. Now we use them also for audiovisual advertisement's systems.
We started our IT activity with production of software used by single service's branch. However, along with new electronics' goods producers coming out on Polish market and authorized services centers developing, it becomes necessary to create one system, which enables for fast exchange of information connected with warranty repairs being realized on the area of whole country and same time which helps with controlling and managing of whole service's network
Such solution have been implemented for Gold Star company(also known as LG Electronics)as first, where we used our protocol of data exchange basing on collated modem connection. This solution have been also used with success in other companies, that have been co-operated with AV-SERVIS company (for example Daewoo Electronics, Samsung Electronics).
Then, along with IT technologies development, some new solutions connected with data exchange within the service's network have been implemented. As first solution, automatic generating of ciphered e-mail attachments has been used. Those attachments, sent by service's branches, had been being enciphered as soon they had been received by Service's Central and they were immediately added to central data base.
Presently we use solutions, which enables to report data of repairs being made by technicians and data connected with spare parts orders. Data reporting is basing on on-line connection between service's application and Service's Central server.
We also use the solutions, where data transmission bases on GPRS. Those solutions we use in our service's software, as well as in crated by AV-SERVIS company (as a first company in Poland) integrated advertising devices, which enables to broadcast audiovisual spots. Those devices are currently installed at gas stations like Shell, Jet and others.
Next stage of our activity will be connecting systems, which are produced by our company with software, which allows technicians, who realize the repair to have an access to warrantor's data with use of mobiles or palmtops.
